My CELA colleague Anne Richardson has penned a good read about a pending US Supreme Court case dealing with legal protection for government employee whistleblowers.  http://celavoice.org/2014/05/02/whistleblowers/  Anyone want to take bets on the convoluted logic the Supreme Court will use to deny protection to the employee?  Fortunately, here in California employees enjoy statutory protection that the USSC can’t take away.
